Sales and Marketing Strategic Planning Session

OBJECTIVE

The purpose of the meeting is to spend highly effective and productive time outside of the day to day environment to focus on your business goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The meeting will be structured yet conversational and will be four hours in length. A typical meeting will start at 9am with a light continental breakfast offered, two 10-minute breaks, concluding with lunch offered at 12noon to conclude our time together. Participants are the business owners, executive leaders and/or sales and marketing representatives of the business. The meeting can be hosted at a residence, business office, or an off-site conference space, whichever setting is most ideal for you and your team.

WHAT TO PREPARE

Participants should come prepared with an open willingness to share and participate along with business data and anecdotal business intelligence. Complete details of suggested data and reporting will be shared specifically with you prior to your meeting.

OUTCOME

After our time together, a comprehensive annual based sales and marketing plan will be drafted and delivered to you. The plan includes both strategic imperatives and necessary tactics to achieve your business goals.

PRICING

Pricing starts at $2000, inclusive of two meals provided. Pricing is fully customized based upon business needs.
